First Time Customer Dealing with Stubborn Pond Weed
I recently had several telephone conversations with one of your Representatives, Heather Newhart. She was very helpful, informative and spent a considerable amount of time assisting and researching my problem. After several phone calls , pictures and overnight delivery of the weed , Heather positively identified the weed as pond weed (Naiad) . She advised in order to rid the lake of the weed to use the herbicide .Aquathol. I ordered 2 gallons along with container 32oz of Aquastic on September 11, 2024; for a total of $405.64. Order number 50205-sales number S014525. After following the mixing instructions very closely I applied the mixture in a sprayer two weeks ago. Unfortunately at this point I have not seen any sign or evidence that the product has had any effect on the pond weed. I am disappointed in the lack of results and the amount of money spent on the product. I had hoped to use some of your aquatic products in the future.
