So far our early experience is that the Bentonite Hole Plug performs better than the smaller granular Bentonite as part of the process for patching golf ball sized and larger holes. Good! Natural Waterscapes has been our source for a few products we need to maintain our ponds and customer service has always been top notch. Fedex really dropped the ball on this shipment leaving is stuck and lost for over a week halfway across the country. I called to check on it and rather than making this my problem they shipped a new one and said they would work with Fedex to trace the first shipment. Ordering off Amazon you get it or you don’t but order here and you can call and talk to a real person who is going to help you make a good decision on what to buy and resolve any problems you have with your order. We are very pleased with the quality of the products we ordered and we will always come back to buy here because we are delighted with the customer service!
