The second package never made it but the staff were all over it and quickly remedied that situation and the second package arrived a few days later with no fish lost. 20 arrived alive and well. I put in my 1/3rd acre pond to join some minnows on June 5th and didn't see a single sign of them until July 3rd. And now they're like puppies as of July 10th. I walk out to feed them a little late in the evenings and they're waiting for me. They've at least doubled in size since putting them in. Haven't seen any evidence of them dying. We had a 100 year flood and the pond spilled over big time and I thought I'd lose all the fish but they seem to all be here. It's hard to tell with how small they are, but I think there's already bluegill babies (could be more minnows?). It's been a lot of fun, and I hope they enjoy their time as kings of the pond, until I introduce some bass babies next summer to munch on their kids.

Incredible Service
We had trouble finding a way to stock our pond. Most of the hatcheries near us are state owned for trout stocking. We decided to give this a try. Our fish were shipped same day and arrived via 2 day FedEx. 21 were included in the order. 20 arrived alive. Instructions for introducing them to the pond were clear and easy. They seem to be doing great. We plan to order more in the fall.

Blue Gill arrived alive on time with notification before and after delivery. The delivery box was heavy duty and clearly marked, live fish. In the box was a silver insulated bag containing two heavy duty bags. One for the fish and one for safety in case of leaks. Very professionally managed obviously people who know what they are doing. I would buy again and buy with confidence.
