Great people to do business with. On my last order the wrong aerator was shipped. When I called about it there was no difficulty in getting the correct one shipped out right away and the incorrect one returned. Mistakes happen sometimes but we got it sorted out and I'm perfectly satisfied. I'll be back the next time I need something.
Prompt and professional and products effective

Best and most knowledgeable customer service reps. Everybody that answers the phone can help you with questions or help to solve a problem. Products are the best, fairly priced, shipping is free and fast AND excellent customer service! Even if I didn’t have a pond I want to buy from these people.
excellent in all accounts!
Christa was great and my order shipped the same day for free! I got it two days later, so impressed!
Excellent Customer Service
I called because I had questions about the Bar Guard that I was looking at on line. I got prompt courteous answers and advice. Made my decision and ordered it during that call. Expected a week for shipping, but it was delivered to my door about 30 hours later. It did bounce around in the box some, there were a couple of holes poked through. But it appears to be fine, very sturdy, with a nice finish. Thanks
Called Natural Waterscapes with many questions and they answered them all
