I purchased this product even though it had a poor review I decided to give it a try. I called the agent to be sure I was getting the right amount for my pond(2acres). I then called before applying the product to find out the best way to apply it. I followed the instructions given and treated the pond twice on consecutive days as instructed. I had even distribution throughout the water with a boat. One week later no change in clarity. May be time to remove this product from your catalog.

Water not clearing

We appreciate your company sending the pond clarified at no charge after our initial purchase failed to clear our recently dredged pond. However, it too did not clear the water. We suspect it is because of the red and gray clay exposed in the silt removal has dissolved in the remaining water. Our area is experiencing a months long drought and we have had no fresh water running into the pond. Perhaps the winter months will bring more rain. Thank you for the followup.
