My lake was on the verge of dying. Haven’t had a fish bite in over a month. Had the water tested by NWS and found I needed RapidBac in ASAP. Sprayed 12 gallons in (diluted to 24) and the very next day caught 9 bass! Couple of 3#rs and the rest 2s. Been catching them ever since! Thank you NWS! You saved my 30 year old lake! We purchased the Pond Water Test Kit after we dealt with a significant outbreak of algae last year in one of the 3 ponds in our subdivision. Collection and submission were super easy. The report was very comprehensive and also very well organized and easy to read and understand. Several days after receiving it I had a very helpful phone conversation with one of WaterScapes staff about the report . We are strongly considering having the same testing done on the other 2 ponds to see if there are any issues that need addressing to keep all of the ponds healthy and looking good.

I was extremely pleased about how complete and informative this report was. The report explained terminology along with giving short term fixes and long term maintenance suggestions. It is nice to finally have some answers.
Results were delayed, however when they arrived I was extremely impressed by its thoroughness and helpfulness. It even provided specific amounts of solutions I needed to use based on my pond size. Extremely helpful!

I confirmed my water samples were received on September 13, 2021. Today is October 6 and I have yet to receive my results. The customer service folks have been very nice over the phone and have explained their lab has been inundated with water samples this fall. Fortunately, I’m not in a huge hurry to get my results, but I think it has taken an inordinately long time.
