Comprehensive report
We purchased the Pond Water Test Kit after we dealt with a significant outbreak of algae last year in one of the 3 ponds in our subdivision. Collection and submission were super easy. The report was very comprehensive and also very well organized and easy to read and understand. Several days after receiving it I had a very helpful phone conversation with one of WaterScapes staff about the report . We are strongly considering having the same testing done on the other 2 ponds to see if there are any issues that need addressing to keep all of the ponds healthy and looking good.

I confirmed my water samples were received on September 13, 2021. Today is October 6 and I have yet to receive my results. The customer service folks have been very nice over the phone and have explained their lab has been inundated with water samples this fall. Fortunately, I’m not in a huge hurry to get my results, but I think it has taken an inordinately long time.
