Aaron was great He looked at my pond pictures and gave suggestions on how he thought best to address the problem and recommended two products and a bottom aerator. I could not afford the bottom aerator at this time but offered the two products. I am in the process of applying them to pond I’ve next few months. There is one problem I think you need to address and that is you need to be more pacific on how they are used . For example- it says to pout in x number of pickets every two weeks, which I am doing (. QUESTION - do you actually toss in packets still wrapped or do you empty packets and pore then in? I email and called to get an answer and have not heard. I am calling’ again Monday. BTW I asked 4 friends and we all were not sure. Do you actually put plastic stop in pond ? Frank Bush 843-616-3754
