The customer service was awesome at Natural Waterscapes. When I called to get advice about fish, someone was able to speak to me right away. They clearly gave me the advice for the good of my pond, and not to just sell me a product. We recently also had an American Pond Weed problem, which I was able to address through the chat box. The representative emailed me back promptly, and we did buy the product and sprayed our pond. It's been about 10 days and we've seen our weeds begin to disappear.
