Considering how well built the product was, the price was very reasonable. I got the shipping notification and the product arrived that same day (probably coincidence). Only thing that was an opportunity to improve is the link to track the package didn't work and it wasn't a typical carrier.
Always the consummate professionals
Delivery was so quick!

I will most likely buy again next year

All I ever have to do when I need pond supplies is make the call and speak with one of your representatives, then watch for the mailman to deliver! Representatives that answer the phone have always been able to answer any questions I might have quickly and completely.

The customer service was very good. Well informed and concise. The products have served well but because I have a large pond the pricing is getting a bit much.

I ordered Gamefish food and Waterfowl food from Natural Waterscapes. The speed of delivery was exceptionally quick. And to my great satisfaction, the fish like the fish food and the geese and ducks love their food. I will definitely reorder when I get low.
Shipping was fast.
GREAT SERVICE AND VERY QUICK RESULTS
Have a decent amount of selection to choose from on website and it tells you what it is for also. Had no problem with order. Shipping was quick. Arrived in a timely manner. You can also call if you have any questions.
Very professional and helpful
Very good product! Always great service!
Love doing business here. Jesse is fantastic.
so far so good
My 1 1/4 acre pond is starting to look good thank you.
We sent in a water sample and got a really good report, but the best thing is when you call them. You get a knowledgeable person ready to completely help you. You can also buy their products from Amazon.
I ordered live fish. I chose to do this over the phone so I could verify what day they would arrive. I do not remember the customer service guy's name, but he was very helpful and the fish did arrive on the day I needed them to. They were all alive in the bags and getting them into the pond went smoothly. We checked on them a week later and there is no sign of them. The paperwork that came with the fish said that this is not unusual and that new fish sometimes hang out at the bottom of the pond for a bit. We have a natural pond that's kinda scary. I considered it possible for some to be eaten by turtles or something else in there. :( Anyway, the process was smooth and I think the cost is great considering other options.
Love the options available on large orders like lift gate service and the shipping was much faster than predicted.
Great customer information and great service.

FAST SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A little slow on getting my order shipped out. I had to call twice about it.
Great company! Fair prices and helpful customer service.
Help was great, sent me all the information I needed, linked to part numbers, shipping was quick.
I bought the stuff to help leaks in the dam. In 2021, it worked well. This time, not so much. Dissapointed
I’ve been shopping from Natural Waterscapes for the past few years. They have ALWAYS been prompt and caring. In particular, I use the reflective black pond dye and muck remover which both have greatly improved our pond in central Virginia. I highly recommend them!
We highly recommend Natural Waterscapes. We received outstanding customer service from Aaron when ordering Calcis for our pond! He answered all our questions about the product, then followed up after the order arrived.
Best experience in a long time!!
Love the magazine
You all did great! Thanks!
