Products arrive quickly. Online chat is excellent. I’ve spoken to Jesse several times, and he has been very helpful in recommending products for my pond in Florida that will help bring clarity and balance back to the water. Thanks for always responding quickly, and for your very friendly customer support!
The folks that answered the phone were knowledgeable and super helpful. Everything I ordered was shipped without delay. Great experience.

My first purchase from this site and I am very pleased. Shipping was extremely fast! The price was very competitive and everything was delivered as advertised.
I found the website easy to use and both of my orders shipped the same day!
We were looking for a source of bentonite clay to seal a leak in our farm pond and found it at Natural Waterscapes. Shipping was super fast - in fact, I think that it was shipped out that day! We are waiting for warmer weather before using the clay but my fingers are crossed that it will work. Thanks Natural Waterscapes for a smooth transaction!
The web site is easy to navigate and I can quickly find the products I need for my sized pond. Delivery has been very fast - within 2-3 days of placing my order.

I am a recently widowed woman maintaining 5 1/2 acres with a smallish pond on it. I smile every time I receive a personalized box containing an order from Natural Waterscapes. I have confidence in their products, enjoy the google earth image of my property and pond specifics and feel like they actually appreciate me as a customer. Wish all vendors were this considerate!
Great !!!!
I received the catelog and found it very informative. I processed a order but the next day was not sure I made the right choice. I call the company and reached a helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me get the product that I needed and without hesitation cancel my previous previous order. I received my first order within days so I called them and they provided me an RMA to return. I have received the correct order we have put it on our lilies and the plant is slowly dying. Very pleased Claudia
Easy to order. Usually received items within 24-48 hours. Always a nice note thanking us for our order. The products are basically easy to use.
Extremely knowledgeable people product is shipped immediately never had any issues in the last three years that I’ve used them and our pond has never look so good.
The pond dye delivered on time we’ll package, easy selection by from the site .
I always buy a 25lb bucket of Muck remover pellets for each season. I wish you would have the sale price closer to the spring and not in the winter months. It's not at the top of the list when there is snow on the ground.
I have used these guys a couple of times and have nothing but good to say about the people and their products. Always very helpful, polite, and prompt. Highly recommend.
First time customer and we are so happy with the service. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Will be a steady customer for products for our pond. Website was very easy to use. Order was delivered quickly. Thank you

Personel very knowledgeable and curteous Prompt delivery Hassle free with the entire ordering process
Do not trust. I needed 3 large bags of pond sealing clay for a time sensitive project. So I used the online chat to confirm shipping times. They promised delivery in 9 days. (They even emailed me the chat text). So I rented a large excavator to prepare the site and unload the pallets. Never received an email or call about delivery tracking. So I called them after 7 days. Was told the order was delayed, would take another week! That means paying $3000 to keep the excavator longer! I asked to speak to the manager, and he tried to tell me that I misunderstood the timeframe, but the online chat proves it. Then told me it was not their fault, it was the shipping company. But I said they are responsible for the communication! They never told me a tracking number or informed me of a delay! I asked for a solution, and the manager said they could refund me the money and send the clay back. Are you kidding me! I need the clay! He was being so cold and defensive. The shipment came in 21 days. Which cost me $3000 in extra rentals. Plus I had scheduled day a dry week, but with the delay, it rained on the project which caused more work. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!!
I received my order in a timely manner. Thank You.
The ordering process was easy and the delivery was timely.
Very prompt.

lots of good info on the website. easy to understand.
I haven't had the opportunity to try the product yet but ordering and delivery were great.
I ordered the catail defense plan and have not only gotten rid of the horribly encroaching cattails but also the over taking bamboo grass on my lake front and my neighbors as well!!! I am thrilled with the outcome. I ordered the muck remover as well and am seeing results from it to. I love the customer service I receive from this company on the phone and the website.
Quick efficient good services, Thanks
Always have had great service, and product has always been excellent. Thank You for your great service .
The website is super smooth, very easy to get through. And the bucket size option is great for storage. Also appreciate the free shipping! But most important, the ducks in the river near me absolutely love this food! They fly over from everywhere when they see me coming. I'm very happy with Natural Waterscapes!

Fast shipping, great customer support. Pond size estimation was a big help. Product takes some time to work so we will let it do its' job. Some change has been noticed. Recommend this company and the products they carry.
This is our second purchase and it went as smoothly as the first. Our item arrived quickly and there were no issues. I felt that I did not need to contact customer service because my first experience was so good. That contact was very informative and friendly and I did not expect anything less. We will continue to be customers.
Outstanding responsiveness, expert knowledge, and a vast range of experience. Natural Waterscapes helped me restore my 'dead' pond to a well balanced system that supports aquatic life and creates a great recreational space for my family. I highly recommend them to anyone with any needs in maintaining or restoring the health of their pond/lake.
Quick, great service. The Cattplex really cleared the lillypads out.
Everyone is so incredibly helpful and patient in answering questions and giving solutions. They have the greatest customer service possible!
Chad did a great job orienting us to the timing and materials related to DIY treatments. His initial assessment of the pond, as well as his correspondence in the lead-up to the delivery, was thorough and thoughtful. We feel comfortable reaching out to him in the event of future questions.
Order arrived as expected.
Great response and delivery of product. Use of product is correcting our pond issue.

Soil Floc, is worth using. It works like it is advertised too. It takes a little time to get the full affects. But, it does work.
