Great products and service!! I purchased muck remover pellets and some dye for a retention pond that had not been attended to for 2 years. The dye helped instantly and the muck remover pellets had it cleared up the same week of 8 scoops for 1 acre. Did I mention that everything was to me within 2 days of shipping? Everything about the ordering process and the product itself was exceptional. The knowledge that the Natural Waterscapes team has of their products and its usage is amazing. We had an algea outbreak a few years ago in our pond, and thanks to consistent application of Natural Waterscapes products, our pond looks great year-round and is far healthier. Orders are almost instantaneous. I live close enough to the warehouse that shipping isn't needed, but I'll get a notification that my order is ready in what feels like minutes. Saves me a lot of time and money. Additionally, the packaging and instruction on all the products (and the breadth of the product line makes selection easy) makes application and usage a breeze. And this is maybe an unusual thing to mention - but while Natural Waterscapes ships nationally (globally?) living in their hometown makes me see just how much they care for their local community, because there is a ton of outreach by the Natural Waterscapes team. We began using the 1/4 acre pond kit in Summer 2021 - it did wonders to clarify our newly-made pond. It settled and cleaned the muck, and we could see to the bottom due to the clarifier; water weeds were kept at bay and our neighbors loved the tropical blue water even though we are in northwest PA! This summer we got a late start and are on dosage #2 - already there is progress and in a few weeks it will again be a beautiful pond - just in time for our family reunion! Unbelievably fast shipping! It’s hard to find small qty bass and bluegill so this is a great source.
