Initially I was very happy with the person helping me. I placed my order for over 2k and had to wait 2 weeks before it even shipped. I was told shipping was 'free' yet I got a bill from Fed-ex for $158. Fed-ex lost my second order and I was told to contact the company for a refund - 2 weeks later they still have not refunded my money or contacted me. I definitely would not trust this company.
