My pond is surrounded by trees and the leaves in the fall and pollen in the spring tend to coat the surface and sink to the bottom. After two treatments my pond started to clear up and you could see deeper into the water. Hopefully after several more treatments it will be crystal clear.

In May my 1 acre
In May my 1 acre pond was very clear, could see down 8 feet. By July the water was cloudy and could only see down 2 feet. I bought the 40 pound pail of "Pond Clarifier" and kept it in my attached garage, covered so it is protected. First week I mixed 5 pounds with 20 gallons of water, it mixed well and sprayed it in the pond. The next week I did it again, it mixed well. Then one week later I went to do it again and the remaining 30 lbs. was hard as a rock. I took a flat one inch drill bit and tried to break it up but it only drilled holes in it. I thought I would add a little water to soften it up , BIG mistake. The pail bubbled up like crazy and overflowed all over the place making a huge mess and when it was done the stuff was still hard. End result I could not mix it and my pond is still cloudy

The jury is still out
The jury is still out on my pond clear product. I put the first treatment in two weeks ago and have not seen any change. I’ll keep following the process on the bag. When I had a problem with the first treatment a month or so ago your customer service person (sorry, I don’t remember his name), was very helpful. Looked up Natural Waterscapes website and read product descriptions. Then called on the phone. Rep. was knowledgeable and asked questions regarding size and condition of my pond. He then provided me a cellphone number so I could text photos of the existing conditions and from that made recommendations as to product types and quantities needed. Paid for product via phone, went 2 days later to pick up curbside, order was at the door boxed up with my name on it. Applied algaecide products as directed and WOW! Less than one week later green algae….gone!
