It’s only been a couple of days since we put the product in our tank. And we know it can take up to three weeks to really be affective. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it was so messy to put out. I wish it had come with some sort of distribution system. Throwing it out like feeding chickens was just not pleasant and we ended up with a lot in our boat which made a horrendous mess.

Clean Pond Maintenance
My pond was a mess so I called Natural Waterscapes for help. The person (Jessy?) that helped me was so knowledgeable about everything that I felt comfortable in treating the pond myself with the "Clean Pond Maintenance Kit". I noticed a difference after the first treatment and it is continuing to improve with each application. Thank you for your patience with a novice. I am very pleased with everything and will continue to use this natural pond treatment. I am ordering the Aeration Fountain next.

Only One Problem
The website is great, and the customer service and knowledgeable staff is super. My only issue is that 1) I sent an email with a question after hours and never received a reply; 2)on another occasion I opted for a call-back when the telephone wait time was very long, and you never called me. If you had replied by email or called me back as promised, I would have rated 5 stars.
