Clean Pond Maintenance
My pond was a mess so I called Natural Waterscapes for help. The person (Jessy?) that helped me was so knowledgeable about everything that I felt comfortable in treating the pond myself with the "Clean Pond Maintenance Kit". I noticed a difference after the first treatment and it is continuing to improve with each application. Thank you for your patience with a novice. I am very pleased with everything and will continue to use this natural pond treatment. I am ordering the Aeration Fountain next.

Only One Problem
The website is great, and the customer service and knowledgeable staff is super. My only issue is that 1) I sent an email with a question after hours and never received a reply; 2)on another occasion I opted for a call-back when the telephone wait time was very long, and you never called me. If you had replied by email or called me back as promised, I would have rated 5 stars.

I was a firm believer that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is not worth your time. Much to my surprise our Bulrush problem at our pond will soon be a thing of the past.
