Once we received our kit, we realized the wrong dye color was sent. With a simple phone call, the correct color was on our doorstep in 2 days, and we were able to keep the wrong color for trial. Simple, handwritten 'thank you' notes in the packages were also a nice personal touch! It has only been a week and a half since our first dose to the pond, and has been too chilly to swim in yet, but are enjoying looking at it thus far!

I started treating my pond with the recommended products in the fall of 2020. I'm so very happy to say that as of May of 2021, my pond looks great. I am still treating it on the schedule recommended and will continue to do so. The appearance of the water is 95% improved and fishing is so much more enjoyable when I don't have to clean the algae off my hook after every cast. The service I've received has been excellent. I've called a couple times with questions and I've talked to very helpful people on the phone. It's wonderful to call and not get a recorded message or phone tree. Delivery of the product I've ordered has been prompt. If I order in the morning, I get an email saying the products have been shipped on the same day. I can't ask for more than that.
If you've got algae problems, I recommend you get your water tested then use the products suggested by Natural Waterscapes. You won't be disappointed.
