Do not trust. I needed 3 large bags of pond sealing clay for a time sensitive project. So I used the online chat to confirm shipping times. They promised delivery in 9 days. (They even emailed me the chat text). So I rented a large excavator to prepare the site and unload the pallets. Never received an email or call about delivery tracking. So I called them after 7 days. Was told the order was delayed, would take another week! That means paying $3000 to keep the excavator longer! I asked to speak to the manager, and he tried to tell me that I misunderstood the timeframe, but the online chat proves it. Then told me it was not their fault, it was the shipping company. But I said they are responsible for the communication! They never told me a tracking number or informed me of a delay! I asked for a solution, and the manager said they could refund me the money and send the clay back. Are you kidding me! I need the clay! He was being so cold and defensive. The shipment came in 21 days. Which cost me $3000 in extra rentals. Plus I had scheduled day a dry week, but with the delay, it rained on the project which caused more work. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES!!!
