I have a 1/4 acre
I have a 1/4 acre pond with good clay for dam and keyway but has a solid sandstone bottom that began to leak. I could witch the leak that ran into a creek. I ordered 2000 lb. After putting 1000 lb. in the pond the leak stopped. I put the rest of it on to be safe.

Granular Sodium Bentonite
New pond dike was seeping in a few spots, used 150 lbs of sodium bentonite via the sprinkle method and after 3 weeks has really slowed down. With additional rain pond has filled back up also.

Feed the Ducks
Great customer service. Great product. I use the waterfowl feed to feed ducks on a nearby pond. The ducks love the feed so much that when they see me from afar, they come swimming over to me from anywhere in the big pond, quacking loudly as they swim! They gobble up the feed as fast as they can, preferring to eat right out of my hand. I'm also glad I'm giving them something that's very healthy for them.

Great well built product that fit an 18 inch id drain pipe and it also functions exactly as I expected by keeping out large objects that might clog the system.

Great customer service! I was able to chat with a representative online and send pictures of weeds we were trying to get rid of in our pond. The product he recommended was delivered in a timely manner and it worked well. I would definitely return here for any future pond care needs.

We had a pond project that required bentonite to stop the leaking. Jesse Harding with Natural Waterscapes was super helpful and shipped it in record time.

I think they work.
We have been using Muck Remover Pellets now for a few years and they seem to work. We use them on about 40' of lake frontage on a small, 120 acre lake. When we first bought the cottage there was significant muck from the shoreline out 50', to the point that you could sink almost a foot down. Since we have been using Muck Remover, the muck has significantly been reduced. We realize we are dealing with a lake and not a pond, but the pellets seem to be working to the point that some fellows we hired to pull out our dock gave us kudos on our lake bottom as compared to cottages just a couple of hundred feet away. We will continue to apply them as long as we are able.

Although the service was relatively quick (supply issue on the delivery of fish created some problems) I was extremely disappointed in the size and quality of fish delivered. Bass and Bluegills were supposed to be 2-4” but few if any appeared to even come close to being 2”! They were not lively and I don’t think they will make it. I may need to order again in the spring as few may survive!

Showroom
I am always very impressed with the customer service, prices, and shipping time. I do however, really think you guys should open up your building with a showroom for your products. I live nearby and would spend more money with you if I could see the products in person. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.
