Communication to customers could be more open. Provide up-to-date status on orders within the customers' account would be much appreciated. However; we finally received our fountain and so far we are well pleased. It looks beautiful.

My pond was a mess so I called Natural Waterscapes for help. The person (Jessy?) that helped me was so knowledgeable about everything that I felt comfortable in treating the pond myself with the "Clean Pond Maintenance Kit". I noticed a difference after the first treatment and it is continuing to improve with each application. Thank you for your patience with a novice. I am very pleased with everything and will continue to use this natural pond treatment. I am ordering the Aeration Fountain next.

My only issue is that 1) I sent an email with a question after hours and never received a reply; 2)on another occasion I opted for a call-back when the telephone wait time was very long, and you never called me. If you had replied by email or called me back as promised, I would have rated 5 stars.

Fast shipping on duckweed destroyer. Followed the directions and within 14 hrs the stuff was dying. We have been fighting this weed for 3 years and with 2 applications its almost non existent! Love your product for sure!

I was a firm believer that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is not worth your time. Much to my surprise our Bulrush problem at our pond will soon be a thing of the past. We hope to have our pond view much improved and pond-side fishing spots back under control soon thanks to the able advice from the Natural Watersscapes personnel and a couple applications of Catzilla this spring! For years I have been trying different products to clear up the green water in my pond. I called and spoke to a very helpful person who recommended phosphate eliminator and pond cleanse. The aeration system and other supplies arrived 3 days after ordering in perfect condition. Installation was simple (except digging the trench for the air lines through rocky ground) and the system is working as expected. Now we eagerly await the pond to clear. Recommended!

I had to return a pump because it wasn’t 220 volts. It was a quick response from them...the paperwork was sent to me the next day for the return and the new pump is on its way. They were responsive and polite. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

It was shipped as promised but it was not the one I was looking at when I ordered so I had to ship it back but that was a very easy process they emailed me a paper took it into town and it’s on its way back
