Mere words cannot say enough how fabulous this company is. I had direct contact with staff (Jamie) to trouble shot all the problems I had with my pond. I spent minimal on products to kill weeds and water meal compared to what a pond management was going to charge me. Customer service is outstanding and they are quick to answer any concerns.
very helpful customer service reps.

Duckweed Destroyer Package didn't work.
Very easy to understand what product I needed and simple ordering thereafter. Was kept informed throughout shipping. Product arrived in perfect condition with easy to understand instructions. Mixed up a batch and things dying like they supposed to. Only partway through complete price but got a good feeling about it.

On my recent website order after checkout I noticed the price of the 1/4 acre maintenance kit was incorrectly priced in the catalog and online by $50. A quick call to the office informed them of the incorrect posted price but no adjustment in price was offered.
